Sra. Leslie Edison lives in Alto, with her husband Scott, an electrician, and daughters Bailey and Shannon. Bailey will be a SENIOR at Northern High School this year, and Shannon is excited to begin eighth grade at Northern Middle! In her free time (what is that?), Sra. Edison enjoys running, swimming, traveling, gardening, writing, and reading with her girls. Sra. Edison received her Bachelor's Degree from Alma College in Spanish and Elementary Education, and a Master's Degree in Political Science from Western Michigan University. She is currently working on a second Master's in Educational Technology through Marygrove College. Studying and living with a family in Madrid, and traveling through Costa Rica and Mexico helped Sra. Edison to practice her Spanish skills. In 2001, she was fortunate to be a member on a Rotary Club International Team, that traveled through the Yucatan Peninsula, touring orphanages and schools that needed assistance. Writing has always been something that she enjoys, in and outside of the classroom. In 2005 she became a writing consultant through the National Writing Project at Grand Valley State University. This will be her 26th year in the classroom! To contact Sra. Edison, just fill out the form below.
